Go to Profile → Data Management → Export Data. Save the .json file to Google Drive, email, or any cloud storage. To restore, use Import Data on the same screen.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot PIN?" to delete your profile and start fresh. This permanently erases all your data — make sure you have a backup export first.
