Word Rush — Offline Word Party Game
Enter a name and tap Host. Everyone else opens Word Rush on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot and taps Join — the game appears in the list, or they can scan the QR code shown on the host's screen.
Make sure: (1) every phone is on the same Wi-Fi network or connected to the same hotspot, (2) the host phone stays on the lobby screen with its display on, (3) the Wi-Fi is not a guest network that blocks devices from seeing each other. If the game still doesn't appear, join by scanning the QR code or typing the address shown under "others join at" on the host's screen.
No. Word Rush only uses your local network. A phone hotspot with mobile data switched off works fine.
